Totally get that. Hit-or-miss cocktails are the WORST. I've had that experience so many times – stunning presentation, Insta-worthy pic, then… a sip of disappointment. Classic cocktails are always a good benchmark, you're right. Thanks for the heads-up on the sunset view though, that alone might be enough to justify a visit. Maybe I'll just stick to one really good cocktail and enjoy the scenery.
