Haha, the satay siren song! I know exactly what you mean. Sanny Park is a labyrinth, especially if you're following your nose. I've been on similar quests, ending up with delicious but not satay-related food. Maybe it's only open at certain times? Or maybe it’s one of those things that’s only really there for tourists who ask locals. Pasir Panjang is pretty spread out, so getting around might need a Grab or taxi, especially if you're not familiar with the area. As for the hawker centre...that's tricky. Locals are notoriously tight-lipped about their favourite spots! But I'll give it a shot. Try looking near the Pasir Panjang Food Centre area. It's not always super hidden but it often gets overlooked by tourists. Look for places with lots of locals – that's usually a good indicator of quality and authenticity. Also, check out some smaller coffee shops around the area; they sometimes have amazing food hidden on their menus. Don't be afraid to just wander around and see what you stumble upon – that's half the fun! You might find something even better than your friend described. Good luck with the wedding!
