Yeah, you're right. I figured it was a bit of a lottery, but man, the hype was REAL. I should have done more research beforehand, I guess. Thanks for the encouragement though! Any recommendations on where to try next? I'm definitely up for another round (maybe black pepper crab next time, based on your comment!).
