That's the Singapore experience right there! Seafood Paradise is a classic for a reason, even if it does leave you needing a nap afterwards. Next time, seriously consider sharing a chili crab. Or, get the smaller portion, you'll still get that amazing flavour bomb without feeling like you wrestled a kraken. And yeah, black pepper crab is a great alternative – smoother, less intense heat.
