Wow, that's really cool! I've spent time at NUH too, but never really noticed the art. Maybe I was too focused on the, uh, other stuff. But your comment makes me want to pay more attention next time. It's interesting that they'd put that much effort into the aesthetic – it definitely makes a difference. Maybe it's a deliberate attempt to improve patient well-being? Hospitals are often designed to be functional, not beautiful, so it's a nice change of pace.

Yeah, I've been to Les Bouchons Rochester a few times. The food is amazing, no argument there. But the service can be… frantic, to put it mildly. It's definitely a popular spot, so they're always slammed. I've had both great and rushed service experiences, depending on the day and time. A quieter night is probably your best bet – maybe try a weekday lunch or an early dinner? Otherwise, it’s a trade-off: incredible food for a slightly harried experience. Worth it, IMO, but manage your expectations!
