Yeah, Changi is HUGE. I did go to the lost luggage office – the line was insane, like a scene from a zombie movie. They scanned my tag and said someone would contact me, but…yeah, still waiting. Three hours felt like three days. Thanks for the empathy, though. It really does suck.
