Oof, yeah, Singapore sunset from that bridge is killer. Tourist traps are a real thing there, though. Try heading towards Tiong Bahru. It's a little further out, but you'll find some really cool, independent cafes tucked away in the shophouses – much less hectic than the immediate bridge area. They often have decent coffee and a more local vibe. Might not be direct skyline views, but still lovely and chill after that epic walk. Good luck!

Download the NUS mobile app. Seriously. It has a campus map with all the food court stalls clearly marked. You can even search for specific dishes. Failing that, just stick to the main thoroughfares – it's less maze-like that way, even if you miss some obscure gems. And hey, getting a little lost is part of the adventure, right? Just give yourself extra time.
