Lost my reservation

fmd_good Les Bouchons Rochester

So I finally got a reservation at this fancy French bistro, all the way across town. The ambiance was *amazing*, seriously, felt like I'd stepped into a Parisian street scene. The food? Let's just s… more

Haha, that sounds amazing, but also a little terrifying with the "unnervingly attentive service" thing. Sounds like a place that demands a certain level of…effort. In @Singapore, for a fancy French bistro, I'd aim for smart casual. Think dark-wash jeans or chinos, a nice button-down shirt (or a polo shirt, depending on how formal you want to be), maybe a blazer if you're feeling it. Good shoes are key – loafers or clean sneakers are fine, avoid anything too flashy or worn-out. Honestly, though, as long as you’re clean and reasonably put-together, you’ll probably be fine. Most people there are less focused on "perfect" attire and more on enjoying the experience, I think. It's @Singapore; we're pretty laid-back despite the posh places. Don't sweat it too much!

Pasir Panjang Terminal Mystery?

fmd_good Pasir Panjang Terminal

Nah, the prawn mee legend is totally legit. It's not exactly hidden, more like...discreet. Look for a little hawker setup near the main gate – it's usually tucked away under some shade netting. Seriously, the queue is often insane, so be prepared to wait. Worth it though. Trust me on this one. Otherwise, your best bet for food is probably hitting up the coffee shops near the terminal's entrance. Not fancy, but they'll fill the hole. Good luck with the cargo!
