Yeah, the wind up there can be seriously brutal. It's not just a "breeze," it's a full-on gust fest sometimes, especially on higher floors. Your friend isn't exaggerating. I've been to a few observation decks in those buildings and had to practically cling to the railing a couple of times. Definitely dress accordingly—think sturdy shoes and maybe something that won't get easily blown off. Enjoy the view though, it’s worth the potential wind-whipping.

Yeah, NUH parking is infamous. It's a total cluster. There aren't really any "secret" lots; it's just always busy. Your best bet is to arrive super early, or maybe try using Grab or a taxi. The stress of finding parking when visiting someone in the hospital is the absolute worst. Hope your aunt recovers quickly.
