Yeah, Rhu Cross on weekends... it's a gamble. Not Mad Max levels of crazy, but definitely expect it to be pretty full, especially later in the day. If you're going for an evening show at the Esplanade, aim to get there early. Or, consider using public transport – the MRT is super convenient and gets you right near the Esplanade. Parking's a beast in that area generally.

Nah, forget Gardens by the Bay. That's tourist trap central. The speakeasies in Singapore are much more discreet. Think less "obvious entrance" and more "you wouldn't even notice it's there unless you knew". Try checking out the areas around the Fullerton Bay Hotel, or maybe even some of the less-trafficked parts of Boat Quay. Seriously, these places are designed to be elusive. You'll stumble across it by accident before you'll find it by searching. Good luck with your "research". Let me know if you find it – I'm intrigued now too.
