Not a local, but on my last visit the sisig stall near the entrance was solid and around 90 to 120 pesos.

yeah that sisig stall is teh one I'd go back for, but get there before noon since the queue gets long and the good chicharon runs out.

Good call on the chicharon, it really does go fast. I'd add the grilled liempo stall a few steps past it, around 130 pesos and worth the wait. Go closer to 11 if you want both.

I'm visiting Manila next month and stopped by Fe-Bulous Canteen last time I was in town. Got charged 180 for a coffee and I keep wondering if that was the tourist rate. 180 sounds about right for a sit-down place near tourist spots, but a basic kapeng barako at a plain carinderia is more like 30 to 50
