350 per bottle is resort pricing, not city pricing. In a regular Manila bar you're looking at 80 to 120 for a local bottle, maybe 150 in a nicer spot. If you're near the electronics shops, walk a couple blocks off the main road and look for a spot with plastic chairs and a TV, those run way cheaper. Also check if the quote was per bottle or per bucket, sometimes places quote the bucket price and it gets lost in translation.

Bucket quote mix-up happens a lot, ask for the receipt breakdown.

San Miguel draft at a neighborhood inuman spot runs 60 to 90, so 350 is a sit-down resto in Makati pricing.

That quote's wild for a corner tindahan where you can grab a cold one for 50 to 70 pesos.

arrow_drop_up 1 arrow_drop_down

true, and the karinderyas along the side streets do cheap rice meals so u can eat without grabbing anywhere

tricycles nearby, grab for late nights

yeah and grab's surge there gets brutal after 10pm, so keep small bills for the trike fare.
