Where do foreigners usually go for a walk in clinic or dermatologist around there, and does anyone know what a consult costs without local insurance? Any tips on which hospitals take international insurance would help too.

St. Luke's in BGC or Makati Med take most international insurance, but a derm consult runs 1500 to 3000 pesos cash.

Cardinal Santos in San Juan, cash upfront.

Philippine Dermatology Society clinic on Shaw, cash only.

good to know, cash basis there is usually 800-1500 for a derm consult, cheaper than the big private hospitals

they do take some international insurance at the ER desk but you'll still pay the derm consult out of pocket first, around 1000 to 2000
