cash upfront is right but get an itemized receipt & a doctor's letter with the diagnosis, insurers ask for both. some clinics take card now tho, ask before u queue

true, though the atms around ayala can be hit or miss on weekends so withdraw the day before. also ask for the receipt in ur passport name, not a nickname, or the claim gets bounced

agreed, though i'd set aside a bit more than you think. the consult itself is cheap but they'll often want to run a quick test first, and that's where the bill climbs. get a quote before they start.
