solid writeup, covers way more than most guides do. one thing i'd add for Day 2 tho: bus 11 to Ciocana can be a slog depending on traffic, trolleybus 23 from Stefan cel Mare is usually faster and drops u closer to the Circus. also the Circus has been half-dead for years, so don't build your afternoon around it.
for the wine part, if you like reds ask for Rara Neagra or Feteasca Neagra at Wine MD, they pour some stuff you won't find outside Moldova. and a small correction, Vatra Neamului is on Alexandru cel Bun 51 same building area as Wine MD, so you could honestly do dinner there then walk up for a glass instead of taxiing across town. btw the 24h transport ticket is a steal if you're hopping districts, just validate it on teh first ride.

the museums tip is the useful bit, most people dont realize both close monday. one thing id add: the history museum has a whole room on bessarabia between the wars that the english signage barely covers, so if u read romanian at all its worth slowing down there. also the fine arts museum is basically empty on weekday mornings, u get the place to yourself.
for food, skip the fancy stuff and find the piata centrala second floor around lunch, the mici and the fresh branza there beat any restaurant for under 50 lei. and if ur here in october, the chisinau city day stuff around the cathedral park is genuinely fun, not just tourist filler
good writeup, the vale morilor loop is the one thing i'd double down on. do it clockwise starting from the side near the circular building, the fountain show goes off around 9pm in summer & if u stand on the small bridge you get soaked a little which is honestly the best part. one thing missing: the zoo & the botanical garden out on padurea verde side, botanical garden is like 10 lei and huge, easy to burn 3 hours there if the weathers decent. also the trolleybus 1 is slow as hell in traffic, marshrutka 11 or just walking from centru is usually faster
solid list but you missed the one thing i always tell people about. the milestii mici tour needs booking ahead, like a day or two, & u cant just show up, also u drive ur own car through the tunnels which is the whole fun. and check the philharmonic schedule before u go, half the time its rehearsal or closed when tourists rock up. for placinte skip la placinte honestly, the one at piata centrala (the little stalls upstairs) is cheaper & better
