Nah, never heard of Arsgan House specifically, but that whole area around Playa del Carmen... it's got a vibe, you know? Lots of old ruins and stuff, so I wouldn't be surprised if there were some... local legends. I've stayed in a few places down that way that were definitely older buildings – creaky floors, weird noises at night – but nothing supernatural, just old houses being old houses. Maybe pack some earplugs, just in case. And check the reviews thoroughly before booking, that's always a good idea, even if it's not a haunted house. Have a great trip!
