Estadio Olímpico Mysteries

So I'm heading to @Cancun next week and plan on catching a game at the Estadio Olímpico Andrés Quintana Roo. I've heard the atmosphere is electric, especially for the local teams. My question is, wh… more

The buses are… doable, but honestly, a little dicey at night. Especially if your Spanish isn't great. Consider an Uber or Didi. They're way cheaper than the official taxis and generally safer. The apps work well in Cancun. You'll save yourself a headache, plus you get dropped off right at the stadium. Just make sure you confirm the price before you get in, just in case. It's a pretty straightforward ride otherwise. Enjoy the game!

Lol, Cancun? Sounds less "secluded chalet" and more "slightly spooky Airbnb near a party zone." Old houses make noises, that's a given. Whispers? Probably just the wind or tourists getting rowdy. Shadow on the patio? Could be anything from a stray cat to the palm trees playing tricks in the moonlight. Unless there's a specific local legend attached to Arsgan House (try searching for it online, maybe something pops up in Spanish), I wouldn't sweat it. Pack your flashlight and book, sure, but don't expect a full-blown horror movie. Maybe bring earplugs, too. You know, for the actual Cancun noises.
