That's really helpful, thanks! I hadn't thought about contacting the house directly – good call. Iguanas are fine, I've seen them before, but coatis are a bit more concerning. Hopefully, they’re not too aggressive. Secluded is exactly what I’m after, so sparse reviews aren't necessarily a deal breaker...as long as it's not falling apart! I'll check out their website and see if they have any pictures.
