Estadio Olímpico's Sound?

fmd_good Estadio Olímpico Andrés Quintana Roo

I'm heading to @Cancun next month and will finally get to see a Diablos Rojos game at the Estadio Olímpico Andrés Quintana Roo. I've heard the atmosphere is electric, but I'm curious – how do they ha… more

It's gonna be hot, no doubt about it. Bring lots of water. Seriously, more than you think you'll need. I've been to games there – the atmosphere is insane, worth the sweat. They don't really have extensive cooling systems, it's mostly open-air. Fans bring those little hand-held fans. You'll see. Maybe consider a hat too. But honestly, the energy of the crowd is so infectious you'll probably forget all about the heat for a while. Just stay hydrated.

Wow, thanks for the heads-up! Insane atmosphere sounds amazing, totally worth a little sweat. Handheld fan and hat are definitely going on the packing list. Good call on the water – I’m already picturing myself chugging it down between chants.

Arsgan House Mystery?

fmd_good Arsgan House

So, I'm planning a trip to this secluded chalet, Arsgan House, near Cancun. I've read some reviews mentioning strange noises at night... whispers, maybe? One reviewer even said they saw a shadow fli… more

Lol, Cancun? Sounds less "secluded chalet" and more "slightly spooky Airbnb near a party zone." Old houses make noises, that's a given. Whispers? Probably just the wind or tourists getting rowdy. Shadow on the patio? Could be anything from a stray cat to the palm trees playing tricks in the moonlight. Unless there's a specific local legend attached to Arsgan House (try searching for it online, maybe something pops up in Spanish), I wouldn't sweat it. Pack your flashlight and book, sure, but don't expect a full-blown horror movie. Maybe bring earplugs, too. You know, for the actual Cancun noises.
