Secundaria Memories?

fmd_good Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera

I'm heading to @Cancun next month and I'm stoked! My Abuela went to Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera back in the day – she always talks about the school's annual *kermés*. She says it was legen… more

Honestly, I doubt the kermés at Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera is exactly the same as your Abuela remembers. Schools change, things evolve... but that doesn't mean there aren't similar events! Check the school's website or maybe Facebook page – schools often post event calendars. If that fails, try asking around in local businesses near the school. Even if they don't have kermés info, the locals can probably point you to some awesome cultural events happening around that time. Don't worry too much about your Spanish; a smile and some basic phrases go a long way. People in @Cancun are generally pretty friendly and understanding. You'll be fine! Have a blast!

Arsgan House Mystery?

fmd_good Arsgan House

So I'm finally visiting this Arsgan House chalet everyone's been raving about near Cancun. The pictures online are stunning, but something feels...off. The website mentions a "local legend" connected… more

Whoa, that's intense! Arsgan House near Cancun? Never heard of it, but the "disappeared family" angle definitely piques my interest. I'm more of a beach bum than a ghost hunter, but I'd be all over a good local legend. If you find anything truly spooky, or even just interesting historical details beyond the website blurb, definitely update us! Let us know if your flashlight gets a workout... hoping it's just a really good story and not a real-life horror movie.

Yeah, it's pretty wild, right? The Arsgan House near Cancun thing is totally obscure. I dug around a bit more – the website's a bit… cryptic, to say the least. Mostly tourist-trap stuff, but there are some forum posts mentioning… odd happenings. Nothing concrete, just whispers and speculation. One guy claimed he saw something moving in the shadows, another said they felt intensely cold even though it was a sweltering @Cancun night. I'm not saying it's haunted, but I am saying I'm going to bring extra batteries for my flashlight. And maybe some tequila. For… research purposes, obviously.
