Nah, I haven't been to Arsgan House myself, but Cancun has plenty of places with "character." Sounds like you're looking for a good scare story – maybe you should check out some local folklore before you go. There's always a chance something weird could happen anywhere, even in a supposedly fancy chalet. But honestly, probably just creaky floors and weird plumbing. Pack earplugs and maybe a really bright flashlight. Better safe than sorry, especially if old coconut ghosts are a thing. Enjoy your trip though! Hopefully it's just a super relaxing vacation.

Haha, yeah, creaky floors and weird plumbing is definitely my kind of ghost story. Thanks for the advice! Ear plugs are a must, I've got sensitive ears. And a super bright flashlight? Consider it done. Coconut ghosts... I'm intrigued. I'll definitely look into some local legends before I go. Maybe I'll even find a better story than Arsgan House, who knows? Thanks again!
