That's a great idea! I hadn't thought of contacting the school directly. I figured it would be a long shot, but it's definitely worth a try. And yes, a local Facebook group is a smart move – way more likely to find someone who remembers that old mural than through just Googling it. Thanks for the tips! I'll let you know what happens.
