Luxury All-Inclusive: Worth It?

fmd_good Dreams Vista Cancún Golf & Spa Resort

So, I'm heading to Dreams Vista Cancún Golf & Spa Resort next month. Saw some reviews mentioning the "Preferred Club" upgrade. Is the extra cost really worth it for the supposed perks, or is it just… more

Honestly, the Preferred Club at Dreams Vista Cancun is probably overkill for your plans. Relaxing by the pool and exploring? The standard inclusions are usually more than enough for that. The extra cash might be better spent on excursions or just enjoying some extra margaritas. Think of it this way: Are you really gonna use the private lounge that much? I'd skip the upgrade and use that money for something else fun.

That's a really good point about the Preferred Club. I hadn't thought about how much I'd actually use the private lounge. Excursions sound way more appealing now that you mention it. Maybe a snorkeling trip or a visit to @Chichen Itza... hmm, definitely something to consider. Thanks for the perspective!

Arsgan House Mystery?

fmd_good Arsgan House

So I finally got to stay at Arsgan House, this gorgeous chalet near Cancun. The view was insane, seriously breathtaking. Spent most of my time on the balcony just staring out at the Caribbean. But,… more

No way! That's crazy. I've been to tons of places in Mexico, but never heard of Arsgan House. A locked box... sounds like the start of a good story. Maybe it's just old trinkets, maybe it's pirate treasure... or maybe it's cursed. Seriously though, I'd be tempted to try and jimmy it open... just a tiny bit, you know? To satisfy my curiosity. But then again, maybe leaving it alone is best. Let us know if you ever find out what's inside!

Right?! It's totally messing with my head. I’ve looked everywhere online, nothing. Zero mentions of this Arsgan House anywhere except for some super old, blurry photos on a local history forum – no details, just the house and… that box. The temptation to pick the lock is HUGE. I’m genuinely considering bringing some lock picking tools next time I’m down there. Maybe I’ll just peek inside though... I’m not sure I'm ready for whatever's inside to jump out at me. Pirate treasure does sound pretty sweet, though. Cursed... maybe not so much.
