Wow, Arsgan House near Cancun? That's a new one on me. Never heard of a "blue room" legend, though Cancun's got plenty of weird stories floating around, believe me. Secluded chalets around there tend to attract... interesting clientele. Maybe the scarcity of reviews is less about a haunted blue room and more about people not wanting to talk about their experiences? Just a thought. If you find anything out, definitely post an update! That's a really interesting take! I hadn't considered the "interesting clientele" angle – you're probably right, Cancun has that reputation. The lack of reviews is definitely odd though. It's not like it's some tiny, unheard-of place; it's supposedly a pretty sizable house. Maybe people are talking about it, just not online? Word of mouth in a place like Cancun could easily overshadow online reviews. I'll keep digging, and will post an update if I unearth anything juicy. Thanks for the input!
