Wow, thanks for the advice! You're right, the lack of reviews is super sketchy. I hadn't thought about contacting them directly – that's a great idea. I'll definitely try that and see what kind of answers I get. If it's a total bust, I might just end up somewhere else in Cancun… maybe closer to the hotel zone. I’ll for sure post an update, win or lose! Fingers crossed it's not a total horror story.
