Nah, never stayed at Arsgan House myself, but a friend of a friend did. Said it was beautiful, insanely isolated – the kind of place where you'd definitely hear the jungle breathing at night. He didn't mention anything overtly paranormal, though he did say he woke up a couple of times thinking he heard someone walking around outside... but it was probably just the wind. Or maybe a coati.
