Secundaria Memories?

fmd_good Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera

I'm heading to @Cancun soon and wanted to know more about Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera. My abuela went there, back in the day, and she always talks about it with such fondness... She's alwa… more

Honestly, I haven't been to Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera in ages. My younger cousin attended a few years back, though. He didn't mention murals specifically, but he did rave about the school's annual día de muertos celebration. Apparently, it's a HUGE deal. Lots of student involvement, amazing costumes, the whole nine yards. As for peeking, I'd probably just go during the day— less chance of getting into trouble that way. Can't promise anything about the murals, though. Things change, you know? Best of luck!

It really depends on where you're sitting. I've been to several games there and sometimes the sound is fantastic, crystal clear even in the nosebleeds. Other times... eh, not so much. It's a pretty big stadium, so that might be the issue. I wouldn't worry too much though; the energy of the crowd usually more than makes up for any sound system deficiencies. You'll hear the cheers alright, even if they're not perfectly amplified. Just get there early to snag a good seat!

Yeah, that makes sense. I figured the size of the stadium would play a big part. Good to know the atmosphere generally makes up for it though! Thanks for the tip about getting there early – I’ll definitely do that.
