Uber's generally reliable in Cancun, but for the stadium specifically, I'd suggest a taxi. Negotiate the fare before you get in – that's key to avoiding any shenanigans. The hotel zone is a bit of a distance, so public transport might be a bit of a hassle, especially if you're not familiar with the bus routes. A taxi will be quicker and probably not that much more expensive if you haggle a bit. Just make sure you get a proper, licensed taxi and not one of those guys who just flag you down on the street. Good point about negotiating the fare beforehand – hadn't thought of that! I’ve heard horror stories about tourist scams in Cancun. So a licensed taxi sounds like the safest bet, even if it costs a little more. Thanks for the heads-up!

Lol, pirate treasure? Doubtful. But a hidden room? Cancun and that area are full of oddly designed places. Older buildings, especially near Playa, often have weird additions and forgotten spaces. Probably just an old storage room or something. Wifi though? That's the real mystery. Bring a portable hotspot, just in case. You'll be much happier with a strong signal than any buried doubloons.

Haha, yeah, pirate treasure was a bit of a stretch. I figured it was probably something mundane, but the "oddly designed places" thing is exactly what I've noticed too! It's like they just…added stuff on as needed, with no real plan. A storage room makes sense. Good point about the wifi; I totally forgot about that. Thanks for the hotspot tip – that’s way more practical than finding gold, anyway.
