That's awesome advice! Thanks so much. I'm definitely up for a little adventure and exploring beyond the resort. Tacos al pastor are my weakness, so that's a must-try. Mercado 28 sounds interesting too – a little touristy is fine as long as the food's good and cheap. I appreciate the heads-up about the crowds though, I'll be prepared for a bit of a scramble!
