That's helpful, thanks! I appreciate the honesty about the buffet – I figured it would be hit or miss. Good to know the Mexican place is legit; I'm always a sucker for authentic cuisine when I'm traveling. So, if I'm understanding correctly, the à la carte options are the way to go for a better dining experience? I'm already planning on hitting the beach a bunch, so I'm not expecting gourmet meals every night, haha.
