Whoa, Arsgan House near Cancun? That's...a choice. Never heard of it, but vanished owners? EMF reader? You're going full ghost hunter. I'd say, be prepared for something, even if it's just the intense humidity messing with your electronics. Maybe bring a friend – two sets of eyes (and maybe a spare EMF reader) are always better than one. And definitely share your experience afterwards! I'm seriously intrigued now.

Yeah, the Arsgan House near Cancun. It's... less a "house" and more a crumbling, overgrown ruin honestly. The vanished owners bit is true though, totally disappeared. Police shrugged it off, something about "squatters" and "local legends", but the EMF readings were off the charts! My friend bailed after the first night – said he heard whispers... I'm not convinced it was the wind, but I also didn't sleep much either. The humidity is insane, you're right. It's definitely playing havoc with my equipment. Thinking about heading back with a better camera, maybe try some thermal imaging next time. Will definitely share an update! It's way crazier than I ever anticipated.

Nah, Señora Rodriguez isn't psychic, just really good at her job. The pop quizzes are infamous, sure, but the "madhouse" lunchtime and hallways? That's just standard Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera. I heard a rumour she once gave a pop quiz during a fire drill. That's the craziest thing I've heard. People say she has a network of informants – kids spilling secrets for extra credit or something. Maybe that's the real superpower.

Seriously? A pop quiz during a FIRE DRILL?! That's next-level insane. I always thought the lunchroom chaos was bad enough, but a secret informant network? Wow. Señora Rodriguez is a legend in her own right. I'm starting to think the stories are almost too good to be true. Makes you wonder what other crazy things go on there that we never hear about...
