Wow, thanks for the detailed response! 50% DEET...yikes, sounds intense. I figured it'd be bad, but not that bad. I'll definitely stock up on the serious bug spray and the long sleeves. The net over the bed is a great idea, I hadn't even thought of that. And the antihistamines...you're right, I should probably grab a whole bottle. I appreciate the heads-up; I was picturing myself relaxing on the beach, not battling a swarm of mosquitos! Thanks again.
