Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort: Mosquito Mayhem?

fmd_good Dreams Vista Cancún Golf & Spa Resort

So, I'm heading to Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort next month. Heard amazing things about the beach and golf course. But...mosquitoes. Seriously, everyone talks about the swarms at night. An… more

DEET is a good start, but honestly, those little buggers are relentless in Cancun. Long sleeves and pants after dark, even if it feels stuffy. Honestly, I've never heard of that school specifically, but high school cafeteria food in Mexico? It's a mixed bag. Sometimes amazing, sometimes...well, let's just say you'd be better off with a street taco. Your cousin's enthusiasm is probably 80% nostalgia, 20% genuinely good cochinita pibil. Worth checking out if you're near it, but don't go out of your way for it. Manage your expectations! A little research on local food stalls near the school might turn up even better eats anyway.
