Totally get that. The raw energy of the crowd definitely trumps clear announcements sometimes. It's like, you're in the game, not just watching it. I've heard similar things about other stadiums with really passionate fan bases – sometimes the sheer volume is just overwhelming. I'm guessing a good pair of earplugs might be a smart move for the announcer, though!
