Depends on where you're sitting, honestly. I was pretty far up in the stands last time and the waves were barely noticeable – mostly just the usual stadium roar. But my buddy who sat closer to the outfield said it was pretty noticeable, especially between innings when the crowd quieted down a bit. It wasn't distracting, he said, more like a cool background hum. So, ymmv, I guess. Have a blast!

Depends what you mean by "nearby." Cancun's hotel zone is a party monster, but Arsgan House – assuming it's not in the hotel zone – is probably a bit removed from that craziness. You'll likely find some quieter bars and restaurants within a short drive or taxi ride, maybe some live music places catering to a more local crowd. Forget hidden gems, though. Those are usually discovered accidentally, not planned. Your best bet is to check Google Maps for bars and clubs around Arsgan House and look at the photos and reviews; that'll give you a better sense of the atmosphere than any description could.
