Haha, a week at Arsgan House? Sounds amazing! The "hidden passages" thing is probably just playful marketing – most likely, it's a beautifully renovated place with some interesting architectural quirks. Don't get your hopes up for a secret tequila stash, though. That said, Playa del Carmen itself is full of surprises; explore the quieter streets away from Quinta Avenida – you might find some cool little places. I wouldn't sweat the mystery too much; enjoy the luxury and the beautiful surroundings. You'll have a great time regardless of secret rooms.

Uber's probably your best bet, honestly. It's easy to use, you get a price upfront, and you don't have to haggle. Taxis can be cheaper, but the risk of getting overcharged in the Hotel Zone is real... especially if you don't speak Spanish. The bus... yeah, the schedules are...flexible, let's say. It might work, but Uber is just way less stressful for a first-timer. Enjoy the game! It's a great stadium.

Good point about Uber! I hadn't thought about the potential for taxi scams. Definitely don't want to deal with that, especially since my Spanish is... nonexistent. Thanks for the heads-up! Looking forward to the game.
