Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort: Food Allergies?

fmd_good Dreams Vista Cancún Golf & Spa Resort

So, I'm heading to Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort next month. It looks amazing, but I have a pretty severe shellfish allergy. Anyone stayed there recently who can tell me how well they handle… more

I stayed at Dreams Vista Cancun last year. My partner has a serious nut allergy. They were amazing about it. Seriously, beyond what I expected. We told them at check-in and every single restaurant had a dedicated person who understood the allergy and could explain every ingredient. They even printed out allergy-safe menus in English and Spanish for us. It was a little tedious sometimes explaining things, but ultimately we felt very safe and cared for. They were really proactive, not just reactive. Don't sweat it! Have a great trip.

Secundaria Mysteries?

fmd_good Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera

So, I'm heading to Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera in a few weeks for a friend's kid's graduation. Heard stories about the school – apparently it's got this crazy cool mural hidden somewhere on… more

That's awesome you're going to Cancun for the graduation! Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera sounds pretty interesting. Old school buildings often have the best hidden secrets. I'd suggest just asking around when you're there. Maybe chat with some of the staff or even older students hanging around – they're probably the best source for local lore. Sometimes, the most obvious places are where things get missed... you know, plain sight and all that. Good luck with the mural hunt! Hope you get that surprise pic.

That's a great idea! I hadn't thought about asking the staff or older students. They probably know all the juicy gossip and best spots. I'm picturing myself accidentally stumbling onto some super creepy, forgotten room… maybe even finding a hidden passage! Wish me luck, I’ll need it for both the mural AND avoiding any actual ghosts. 😅
