Yeah, the Arsgan House photos are gorgeous, aren't they? The jungle around Cancun is... lively. Expect mosquitos, definitely. Loads of them. Bring extra bug spray, the really strong stuff, and maybe some DEET wipes for extra protection. Those little biting things are relentless. A good mosquito net for the bed wouldn't hurt either, even if it seems a bit over the top. As for "creepy crawlies"... you'll probably see geckos, maybe some lizards – mostly harmless. But yeah, the jungle's the jungle. A flashlight is a good idea, especially if you plan on wandering around at night. But be sensible; stick to well-lit areas after dark. Enjoy your trip!
