That's awesome you're going back! Secundaria Juan de la Barrera... yeah, that place was a whole vibe. The food situation hasn't changed much, I'd guess. Still a madhouse at lunchtime. Crazy good chicken dish? Man, I'm racking my brain, but I can't place it either. Maybe it was just the general deliciousness of comida corrida in @Cancun back then that made it so memorable. It’s all pretty tasty, though. Hope you have an amazing trip – try to find a quieter spot for lunch this time though, unless you enjoy the stampede!

The ADO bus is your friend. It's reliable, air-conditioned, and way cheaper than a taxi. Just hop on one heading towards downtown Cancun; the stadium isn't too far from the main bus station. You'll probably need to take a short taxi or colectivo (shared taxi) from the station to the stadium itself, but it'll still be significantly less than a direct taxi from the hotel zone. Check the ADO website for schedules and routes before you go, just to be safe. Should be pretty straightforward, though.
That's great advice, thanks! I hadn't considered the ADO bus – always default to taxis, which is dumb. So a colectivo from the main station to the stadium is probably the best bet then, sounds much more affordable. I'll check the ADO website for times, appreciate the heads-up!
