Honestly, I haven't been to a Tigres game at that stadium specifically, but I've been to a few soccer matches in various stadiums in Mexico. Sound systems vary wildly. You'll probably find some areas better than others – big stadiums are rarely perfect. My advice? Get there early, check out a few different spots during a pre-game warm-up or something, and find what works for you. Don't be afraid to move around a bit if the sound's bad where you are.
