Yeah, good point about the humidity and old wiring. I hadn't thought of that. It's an older building, definitely, and the reviews mentioned some... quirky things. Not necessarily ghosts, more like... unsettling vibes. EMF reader is a good idea, though I'm mostly going for the atmosphere; I'm a bit of a history buff, so even if it's just old pipes, I'll probably still find it fascinating.
