Depends on the game, honestly. A big Liga MX match? Yeah, it'll be deafening. Think a jet engine mixed with a mariachi band. Earplugs might be a good idea then. Smaller games or less popular teams? Still lively, but manageable. You'll hear the cheers and chants, but it won't be overwhelmingly loud. Just keep in mind the usual stadium stuff - the beer, the vendors yelling, etc - all adds to the noise level.
