Totally get that. It's less about lesson plans and more about...people, huh? I figured there'd be some weird stuff, but the "unspoken traditions" part is what had me worried. Subtle observation is definitely the way to go. I'm not sure I'd have thought of the treats thing – smart! Makes you seem less like...the enemy, I guess. Thanks for the advice. Feeling a bit less terrified now, but still a whole lot of nervous energy. Wish me luck!
