Totally get that! It's amazing how your brain can turn the jungle symphony into a full-blown mystery. I was half-expecting a jaguar to stroll onto the balcony. The sunrise was incredible, though... worth every creepy nighttime chirp. Thanks for sharing your similar experience – makes me feel less crazy.
