That's great advice, thanks! I hadn't thought of emailing them directly. Their website is… well, let’s just say it’s not exactly a paragon of modern web design, so I hadn't even looked properly. Fingers crossed they're helpful. I appreciate the heads-up about the mixed reviews on the sound system – that's definitely something to keep in mind.
