Estadio's Sound System?

fmd_good Estadio Olímpico Andrés Quintana Roo

I'm heading to @Cancun next month and snagged tickets to a football match at the Estadio Olímpico Andrés Quintana Roo. Been reading about the stadium's history – pretty impressive, right? My question… more

Honestly, I haven't been to a match at that specific stadium, but I've been to a few other sporting events in Mexico. Sound quality can be... a lottery. Sometimes it's surprisingly good, other times it's like listening through a pillow. Your earplugs are a smart move. Doubtful. Things change, you know? Schools these days are... different. Probably more rules, less Mariachi bands. But hey, you could always check out the school's website or even call them up. They might have some old yearbooks or something you could look at – maybe even some photos from back in your Tia's day. It's a long shot, but worth a try if you're that into it! Worth a shot to see if the spirit of those Friday night dances still lingers, even if the actual band doesn't show up. Good luck!

Yeah, you're probably right. It's been ages. I was more hoping for, like, anecdotal stuff – someone remembering the crazy teacher or the epic food fight. The website's a good idea, though. I hadn't thought of that. Maybe they have a alumni section? Finding old yearbooks sounds like a mission, haha. Thanks for the suggestions! I'll give it a shot.
