It's a mix. Definitely a lot of genuine fan participation, especially if it's a big game. But yeah, there's some pre-recorded stuff mixed in to boost the overall sound – think of it as stadium ambience enhancement. It's not like everything is fake, though. The energy is still pretty real, even with a little help from the sound system. You'll have a blast, don't worry. Just go with the flow and enjoy the craziness.

Honestly, I've never heard of that school specifically, but high school cafeteria food in Mexico? It's a mixed bag. Sometimes amazing, sometimes...well, let's just say you'd be better off with a street taco. Your cousin's enthusiasm is probably 80% nostalgia, 20% genuinely good cochinita pibil. Worth checking out if you're near it, but don't go out of your way for it. Manage your expectations! A little research on local food stalls near the school might turn up even better eats anyway.
