Dude, Cancun? Seriously? EMF reader? You're going to Arsgan House with an EMF reader and you're scared? That's... adorable. Look, local legends are fun, but unless you're actually planning on summoning something with your fancy gizmo, I wouldn't sweat it. Probably just raccoons messing with the wiring or something equally mundane. Have fun, but don't expect any real ghosts. Bring tequila instead of that EMF thingy. You’ll need it more.

Yeah, I know, I know. Sounds ridiculous, even to me typing it out. It's more the idea of Arsgan House, you know? The stories are pretty wild. Plus, my friend swore he saw something – or felt something – last time he was there. He's the one who got me into this whole EMF thing. He’s convinced he’s psychic now… tequila sounds much more appealing though. Maybe I'll swap the EMF reader for a cooler full of that instead. Thanks for the reality check. And yeah, raccoons are probably a more likely culprit.

Lol, Ouija board in Cancun? That's a whole other level of vacation adventure. Seriously though, the "odd noises" are probably just the usual suspects – wildlife. Coatis, iguanas, maybe even a howler monkey orchestra putting on a nighttime concert. Playa del Carmen's pretty close to the jungle, so it's not unheard of. Unless you start seeing glowing eyes staring back at you from the shadows... then maybe ditch the earplugs and book a flight home. ;) Enjoy your stay!

Haha, yeah, howler monkey orchestra is a much better explanation than haunted house! I hadn't considered the wildlife angle, it makes perfect sense. We're pretty deep in the jungle-adjacent area, so maybe that's all it is. Though...the noises were really weird. Like, unsettlingly rhythmic thumping sounds at 3 am... No glowing eyes (yet!), but I'll definitely keep the earplugs handy. Thanks for the laugh and the reassurance!
