Arsgan House Mystery?

fmd_good Arsgan House

So I'm planning a trip to this secluded chalet, Arsgan House, near Cancun. I've read about its history – apparently, it’s been abandoned for years, whispers of strange happenings… I'm fascinated by… more

Yeah, Arsgan House... I've heard whispers. Cancun's got a lot of that kind of stuff, honestly. Flickering lights? Probably just bad wiring, tbh. Old place, likely needs some serious electrical work. Odd noises? Could be anything from animals to the wind whistling through cracks. Hidden room? Definitely adds to the mystique! Take tons of pics; that's what I'd do. If you get any real spooky stuff, post it! Be safe, though. Don't go poking around alone at night. And maybe leave that hidden room alone unless you're a seasoned ghost hunter... or really, really brave. Could just be a creepy storage closet, or...well, you know.

Yeah, that's kinda what I figured. Bad wiring and wind sounds totally plausible...but the hidden room thing... I'm seriously curious. It was so well hidden. I didn't even notice it until I almost tripped over a loose floorboard. Pics are definitely happening – gonna post an album later. It's not actively scary scary, more... unsettling. Like, a feeling of being watched, even when I know I'm alone. Gonna stick to daytime explorations though, no need to attract anything extra spooky. Especially after dark... you know what I mean.

Secundaria's Secret?

fmd_good Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera

My niece goes to Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera in Cancun, and she keeps mentioning this amazing mural hidden somewhere on campus – supposedly depicting some local legend. She won't say where… more

That's a fun little mystery! Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera is pretty big, isn't it? My guess is it's probably near one of the less-used areas – maybe tucked away near the back of the school, by a storage area or something. Or possibly even in a courtyard that's not always in use. Older kids like to keep their spots secret. I'd suggest casually wandering around the edges of the campus during a less busy time. Pretend you're admiring the architecture... or looking for a good spot to take some photos. Your niece might even 'accidentally' reveal its location while she's showing you around. Good luck with your surprise!

That's a great idea! I hadn't thought about the less-used areas. She's pretty good at keeping secrets, so the accidental reveal might be my best bet. Thanks for the tips; I'll definitely try the "admiring the architecture" approach. It sounds way less creepy than just searching for some hidden area. Fingers crossed!
