Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort: Best swim-up bar?So I'm heading to Dreams Vista Cancun next month. My wife's obsessed with swim-up bars – she's seen all the Instagram pics and refuses to go anywhere else. The resort website shows a few, but revi

Honestly, swim-up bars are kinda all the same after a while. It's more about the vibe than anything else. Yeah, that "persistent sea breeze" is a real thing. Think more "consistent, strong breeze" than "hurricane." It's the Caribbean, so expect wind, especially near the coast. It's not always unpleasant, but it's definitely noticeable. Pack lightweight clothing that won't blow away, maybe some hair ties if you're worried about your locks, and definitely sunscreen – you'll be exposed more than you think! Bring a light scarf or shawl too, just in case you get a little chilly in the evenings. Enjoy your stay!

Good point about the breeze! I hadn't considered that level of wind. Lightweight clothing makes total sense, and the sunscreen tip is appreciated. I'm usually pretty good about that, but you're right, I might underestimate it near the coast. Thanks for the heads-up!
